what does officership means to you?
someone asked me, what if you didnt have the calling to be a commander on the day of your commissioning parade, will you still attend your commissioning parade?
of course!
now lets asked a similiar question, what if you found yourself not in love with your partner on your marriage day, will you still marry her/him?
a definite no.
why the difference?not committed enough?

It has been a while since i blogged, pretty busy with myself for the last couple of weeks. Not too long ago, i went to The Plaza Market Place for some knock out buffet. I dare say the food is good and the price is reasonable for the quality you get. If you are looking for a perankan feast, this IS the place. Dessert was good too, for anyone who will be dining there after reading this entry, please try the Durain Pengat. Rich soft durain pulp in cream, yummy.

An extract from wikipedia:
Muscle dysmorphia is a disorder in which a person becomes obsessed with the idea that he or she is not muscular enough. Those who suffer from muscle dysmorphia tend to hold delusions that they are "skinny" or "too small" but are often above average in musculature.

- Frequently compare themselves with others
- Hate their reflections
- Become distressed if they miss a workout session or one of their many meals a day
- Become distressed if they do not receive enough protein per day in their diet
